Mark Chudleigh
Board Chair

Mark is an active community member working at the Victorian as a server to seniors. He has volunteered throughout the City of Victoria at events such as CFAX Santa’s Anonymous for 30 years, View Royal / Colwood ESS for 10 years, Ryder Hjedahl Tour de Victoria , Symphony Splash, Downtown Ambassadors, and Special Olympics coaching. Mark is also currently in the Special Olympics Bowling and Golf as a participant, as well as a member of Snogard’s Dragon Boat Team.

Barb Roth
Treasurer

Barb has lived and worked in the Greater Victoria area since the early 90’s and began her connection to Rogers Society as its bookkeeper. She currently works full time as a financial services expert with a local securities company.

Her on-going investment as a friend to staff and committed board member makes her contributions invaluable.

She, along with our Board Chair is a member of the Snogard’s Dragon Boat Team at FGPC.

Amber McMillan - Executive Director & Chief Visionary Officer

Amber is a diversely skilled professional holding certifications in Project Management, Change Management, Volunteer Administration, Neuro-linguistic Programming and EQ.

With almost three decades of experience in nonprofit leadership and as an entrepreneur herself, she brings both a wealth of expertise and a passion for building on potential.

She has overseen a great deal of growth and transformation with Rogers Society since her arrival in 2016, contributing to its sustainability and success.

Martin Castellani - Strategic Leadership Coach

Martin Castellani is a Strategic Leadership Trainer, Coach and Culture Management professional, who is enthusiastic about facilitating conversations that lead to organizational transformation. Passionate about demonstrating to organizations how they can Inspire Workplace Culture Shifts by embracing a model of Inspirational and Humble Leadership, his goal is to prepare leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary to change any willing organization. As a skilled coach and hypnotist, Martin has dedicated over 20 years in service to his country in the Royal Canadian Navy, spending much of his time teaching. Having trained as a Conflict Coach, he taught Conflict Management for Leaders for years with the Department of National Defense’s Alternate Dispute Resolution Center and later with family centers, homeless shelters, and halfway houses in the Victoria area.
